Debbie Shirrell shares her story about how a woman with a Catholic upbringing “conveniently” seeks help by visiting a church at her brother’s suggestion. Debbie is arrested by the simple message of the Gospel and how it led her on a road of seeking God in a new way to help her deal with son’s addiction and herself. She tells us how nothing happens to us by accident and how the struggles of life lead us into relationships that we would never expect. We see how “chance” meetings impact us on our faith walk and thrust us into areas of ministry that we aren’t qualified for, but nonetheless called into. She also impresses on us how important community is and is a lifeline to believers. Listen in and be inspired by her story.
